Spring has a small and ever-changing menu of New American dishes, expertly planned and prepared based on seasonality. This elegant restaurant is run by chef Brian So and sommelier Daniel Crawford, who incorporate seasonal ingredients into all of their dishes on their farm-to-table menu. The Spring is just outside of Atlanta but close enough for a quick drive. It’s definitely worth it!
